Q: How do I select different colors when ordering several blankets ?
Simply select the total quantity of the respective blanket and select just one of your desired colors. Upon checkout you have the opportunity to include a message where you can type in more color names. Or, you may send us an email with the color names. We'll check back with you soon and confirm everything.
Q: Do I get a discount if I order several items ?
Yes! Please contact us ahead with details of your intended order and we'll send you your special discount details.
Q: Can I order a blanket made to my size requirements ?
Absolutely, we delight in doing this. Please contact us with size details and we send you our quote.
Q: How much is shipping if I order several items ?

Regardless of your order volume, shipping is free.

Q: How long does shipping take ?

In most cases we ship with Fedex and to most major cities in the USA it takes only 2-3 days. To other cities it will take up to 5 days.

Q: I have troubles getting the colors displayed.

You can view our Pantone color selection here.

Q: Do you offer a catalogue ?

Unfortunately, we offer no catalogue.

Q: Can I order a color chart ?

We take pride in offering a very large selection of color shades. A comprehensive color chart would become very bulky and expensive to ship.

Q: I heard about myPantone?!

If you have an iPhone or iPod touch you can choose your personal color literally in your hand, more than 1,900 color shades! More here (click on tab 'iPhone'). Also for Android available.

Q: I need a cashmere blanket to match my home interior. How do I go about ?

Right from the start, there is ONLY ONE WAY to achieve this: Establish the approximate color on our color page. Then contact us stating your selected color, add perhaps an image shot with an SLR camera (no flash light and no artificial lighting. A top smartphone should work). We will respond by giving you a selection of color shades and once approved by you, you can purchase these color swatches. We fedex those to you and you choose the right color. Based on this we manufacture your cashmere blanket.

Q: Can I have a product shipped as a gift to someone ?

Yes, of course. To do so, order with your credit card details and upon checking out type in the address of the recipient.

Q: Do you store my credit card details on your site ?

No. We do not store details of credit or debit card information anywhere on our website. We do not store any personal communication on our server.

Q: What's your Refund Policy ?

If you are dissatisfied with our product due to a damaged weave and/or irregular dyeing, please return the product within 7 days ex your country and we will grant a refund. Returned item(s) has/have to be unused. We are not responsible if a product does not match with a color of your wardrobe, unless you explicitly mention its Pantone color #.

Please note that digital color graphics can show differently on computer monitors. Digital color graphics may not show the exact tone of a Pantone color.

Regular mailings (such as US Mail) to Nepal often do not reach the recipient. Please make sure you send goods by courier service. See more under tab 'Refund'.

All textiles are non-returnable. If you are not satisfied with our product due to a damaged weave or fabric and/or irregular dyeing, please return the product within 7 days ex your country and we will grant a refund. Returned item(s) has/have to be unused.

We are not responsible if a product does not match with a color of your wardrobe, furniture, seating, carpet etc., unless you explicitly mention its Pantone color #.

EXACTLY WHAT PERSONAL INFORMATION MAY BE COLLECTED ABOUT YOU AND BY WHAT MEANS?

AL collects personal information in several ways directly from its online visitors when they order for themselves or for a friend or when they register for a service offered by AL. If an order is placed with us, our merchant account provider needs to hold personal information including your name, email address, phone numbers, home address, shipping address(es), credit card billing address(es) and birth date so that we can process and fulfil your orders. Credit card details are entered directly into our payment partner's systems and are neither transmitted nor held on AL systems. In certain instances we may be required to collect and store additional data including credit card details. This will only be done with your explicit consent. Additionally we may also obtain information as a result of authentication or identity checks. We do ask for your telephone number. This number is given to our courier for delivery services. These details allow us to process your order and to let you know the status of your order. NONE of these data are stored on the server of this website!

OTHER INFORMATION WE COLLECT THROUGH OUR SERVICES

As a user of our services, we may collect non-personal data about use of the website, such as pages visited and volume of use of the services. We are mainly interested to learn whether a desktop was used, tablet or mobile.

We have no interest to see which websites you visit afterwards.

WHAT ABOUT COOKIES?

Our site uses cookies to keep track of how often you visit our site, the contents of your shopping cart. (A cookie is a piece of information that is stored on your computer's hard drive by your web browser which tracks your movements within websites.) Most browsers are automatically set to accept cookies but usually you can alter the settings of your browser to prevent automatic acceptance. AL may use your personal information for the processing of orders, payments and to provide you with a personalised shopping experience. We will also use your details to fulfil and deliver your orders and manage your account. Your personal information may also be checked with credit agencies to prevent fraud. Where there is a legal obligation to do so, we may disclose your information to any relevant regulatory body.

Apart from that we do not use your data in any way.

We will only collect personally identifiable information to the extent deemed reasonably necessary to serve you in view of our legitimate business purposes as set out above, and we will use our best endeavours to maintain appropriate safeguards to ensure the security, integrity and privacy of the information you have provided us with. When you place an order or access your account information, we use a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption which encrypts your information before it is sent to us to protect it from unauthorised use. In addition, we will take reasonable steps to ensure that third party business partners' to whom we transfer any data will provide sufficient protection of that personal information.

You can track your goods by sending an email to track@fedex.com and typing your airway bill # in the message field. After 1 minute you'll get an automated response telling you the location of your goods. Please note: orders shipped today, leave Kathmandu the next day.

For sending our pillows and bedding inside the USA we use UPS. You can track your purchase at totaltrack@ups.com.
