Most products (cashmere blankets and pillows) are made upon order placement and may take up to 10 days before they are ready to be shipped. Pillows and other accessories are usually in ready stock and can be shipped within 3 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once we have dispatched your order. During workshop closure periods during holidays in Nepal, please note the order processing time will be longer than usual. Please contact us if you wish to find out about our order processing time during such closure periods.

All textiles are non-returnable. If you are not satisfied with our product due
to a damaged weave or fabric and/or irregular dyeing, please return the product
within 7 days ex your country and we will grant a refund. Returned
item(s) has/have to be unused.
We are not responsible if a product does not match with a color of your wardrobe, furniture, seating, carpet etc., unless you explicitly mention its Pantone color #.
Please note that digital color graphics can show differently on computer monitors. Digital color graphics may not show the exact tone of a Pantone color.
Regular mailings (such as US Mail) to Nepal often do not reach the recipient. Please make sure you send goods by courier service.
