Refund Policy

If you are dissatisfied with our product due to a damaged weave and/or irregular dyeing, please return the product within 7 days ex your country and we will grant a refund. Returned item(s) has/have to be unused.

We are not responsible if a product does not match with a color of your wardrobe, furniture, seating, carpet etc., unless you explicitly mention its Pantone color #.

Please note that digital color graphics can show differently on computer monitors. Digital color graphics may not show the exact tone of a Pantone color.

Regular mailings (such as US Mail) to Nepal often do not reach the recipient. Please make sure you send goods by courier service.
