We ship with Fedex and to most major cities in the USA it takes only 2-3 days. To other cities it will take up to 5 days.

We take pride in offering a very large selection of color shades. A comprehensive color chart would become very bulky and expensive to ship.

Yes, and at no extra charge for 6 and 8 ply blankets. Monogrammed items cannot be returned, except when due to defect. Once placed, your order cannot be cancelled.

If you are dissatisfied with our product due to a damaged weave and/or irregular dyeing, please return the product within 7 days ex your country and we will grant a refund. Returned item(s) has/have to be unused. We are not responsible if a product does not match with a color of your wardrobe, unless you explicitly mention its Pantone color #.

Please note that digital color graphics can show differently on computer monitors. Digital color graphics may not show the exact tone of a Pantone color.
